REFUND, RETURNS AND SHIPPING POLICY

In general, you are entitled to a replacement or store credit for:
- when an item/s has a manufacturing defect
- wrongly described; or
- different from a sample shown to you
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If we cannot replace your item, you will be eligible for a refund for the price purchased at originally.
We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.
Claims for lights and torches must be made within 30 days of purchase.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Email photos of your faulty product to orders@tangocharlielights.com.au along with your order number, name, address and a short description of what went wrong and we get in touch to advise next steps. Brackets do not need to be returned, replacements will be posted directly to you. For lights and torches, we require the goods to be returned to us for review. You the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any items to us.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After youโve placed your order online, a confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail once the order is successfully placed.
A second message with a tracking number will be triggered once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse in greater Sydney. This tracking number can be entered through the relevant delivery companyโs website to view its status. If youโve lost this email, you can contact us at orders@tangocharlielights.com.au and we will be more than happy to check for you.
You should receive a final message alerting you to the โDeliveredโ status youโve received from the shipping company.
If you receive a โDeliveredโ message but havenโt accepted the delivery personally, please check โsafe placesโ at your residence as Australia Post is now completely contactless during delivery due to COVID-19. If youโre having issues, let us know either via email immediately, and we will look into it. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, donโt hesitate to get in touch.
Please note: once Tango Charlie Lights has signed off on delivery through one of our shipping channels, we are no longer responsible for the speed of delivery, and are limited in our control over shipment from that point. Please also be advised that Tango Charlie Lights is not liable for any loss or stolen goods.
